About the Event
Vendor spaces are 10x10.
Food vendor spaces are 10x15. Food truck vendors are welcomed.
Vendors to provide their own tables, tent, chair and cloth.
No beverage sells allowed.
No THC or infused products sells allowed.
Vendors will receive vending information packet one week before the event. Which will include load in and out information.
This is an outdoor event rain or shine.
Vendor sign up is on a first come basis.
Vendor spots are very limited.
All tents must be weighted down to the ground using sandbags or weighted plates minimum of 25lbs per leg. (Most stores that sell camping gear will sell weights) Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods or Amazon would be a good place to check first. Please DO NOT use anchored spikes!

*****Food, dessert, cigar, and hookah vendors/trucks are required to provide auto insurance and event insurance. Please email socawineevents@gmail.com for insurance requirements.
Food vendors must have at least a Type K Fire Extinguisher
All other vendors must have at least a Class A fire extinguisher.
The health department will come by and inspect your booth the day of the event.
Hand wash area with grey water barrel.
Grease and grease products must be removed from the fairgrounds. Do not dump grease or grease products in the portable toilets, dumpsters, trash cans, gray water barrels or on the grounds There is a $100.00 FINE for non- compliance!
ALL CANOPIES (tents) MUST BE FIRE RETARDANT!

The West Indian National Association (WIN-A) began in May 1981 as the West Indian Association of Maryland (WIAM). The founding members were able to incorporate WIAM as a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization in July of that year. Thereafter, WIAM began to work toward the goals of providing social services for and promoting the cultural arts of this region’s West Indian immigrants. Such immigrants come from the countries of Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Jamaica, Barbados, Grenada, and numerous smaller islands.
